What we provide
Who Got Next is a matchmaking and draw service for weekly junior tennis. We help you find opponents, run the draw, and communicate match details. We are not a coaching service and do not provide instruction, supervision, or care of minors.
Your responsibilities
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. You are responsible for ensuring your child is fit to play, for court bookings where applicable, and for complying with venue rules. You must provide accurate profile and availability information so we can match fairly.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a match or withdraw from a term, please notify us and (where relevant) the other parent as soon as possible. Our cancellation and credit policy is set out in the program or term information. Credits for missed weeks may be applied to future terms as described at the time of booking.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Who Got Next is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in matches, use of venues, or reliance on the service. Participation in tennis involves inherent risk; you and your child participate at your own risk.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and in good faith. You may not harass other users, submit false information, or use the service for any purpose other than arranging and playing junior tennis matches. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice where practicable.
