What we collect

We collect information needed to run weekly junior tennis matches and communicate with you:

• Child profile: name, date of birth (or age band), playing level (e.g. UTR or level band), and which weeks they are available.
• Parent/guardian: your email address and (if you provide it) name and phone number so we can contact you about matches and the service.

Why we collect it

We use this data to match your child with suitable opponents (similar age and level), run the draw, and contact you about match details, cancellations, and service updates.

Who can see it

Your child's name, age band, and level are visible only to the parent/guardian of the child they are matched with for a given week. We do not make profiles searchable or visible to the general public. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We keep your account and profile data while your account is active. Match history and draw data may be retained for operational and dispute purposes for a reasonable period after the term ends.

Deletion and your rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data (including your child's profile) at any time. Contact us at support@whogotnext.com.au and we will process your request in line with applicable privacy law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (e.g. encryption in transit, secure storage). Access to personal data is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
